China’s Ministry of Finance will reopen the 2026 book-entry coupon Treasury bond (17th tranche), offering CNY120 billion in a competitive tender with Class A members allowed to submit additional bids. The 3-year fixed-rate bond carries the same coupon as the prior issue, 1.23%. Accrual begins 25 Aug 2026; interest is paid annually each 25 Aug (holidays deferred); final coupon and principal due 25 Aug 2029. Tender window: 16 Oct 2026, 10:35–11:35 (local time).
