TASNIM NEWS: The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps navy public relations office said a crude-oil supertanker operating outside designated routes tried to exit the Strait of Hormuz via a non-designated channel, struck a mine and exploded in a waterway declared high-risk. The IRGC navy warned any tankers that ignore Strait of Hormuz safety rules and related regulations will be met with heavy fire.
