New Delhi prepared for a second day of youth protests on Sunday as demonstrators demanded the resignation of the Indian election chief. A court ordered the release of 'Cockroach' movement founder Deepak and two other senior leaders who were detained on arrival Saturday; 'Cockroach People's Party' lawyer Rattan Singh said they were released on the condition they refrain from disturbing the peace for one year.
