Financial Times, citing European officials, reports the Trump administration is
threatening to suspend the procurement mechanism that supplies arms to Ukraine
to pressure Kyiv to stop deep strikes on Russian energy infrastructure. U.S.
officials have been lobbying European governments and Kyiv to deter attacks on
Russian refineries; some European officials said they received calls from U.S.
counterparts or were briefed on such calls over the weekend.
