On Oct 12 Jindike shares hit the daily limit down after reports the stock could
face a delisting-risk warning. The company’s board secretary office said it has
timely disclosed required information to the CSRC and Shanghai Stock Exchange
and has no other undisclosed material information. Jindike said its trivalent
influenza vaccine has entered secondary packaging; commercial sales timing will
depend on batch-release progress. On whether the quadrivalent vaccine is being
paused temporarily or discontinued, the company said WHO issues H2 Northern
Hemisphere influenza guidance early each year and China CDC vaccination issues
guidance in July–August, and decisions will be made based on that year’s
situation.
