Oct 12 — Microsoft launched Microsoft-Decision-1, a decision model built on
Alibaba's Qwen. Microsoft said the model was trained from Qwen3.5-9B and
outperforms other LLMs and Jev 1.13.0 on latency and accuracy in structured
decision tasks. CEO Satya Nadella said on social media Microsoft is testing the
model across functions including incident response, quality control and
scientific discovery.
