Top executives from Goldman Sachs, UBS, Morgan Stanley, HSBC and Citadel
Securities are expected to attend and speak at the fifth annual financial summit
hosted by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) in early November. Other
expected participants include Standard Chartered, Franklin Templeton, State
Street, Bain Capital and Vontobel. Organizers say a surge in Chinese tech
listings has pushed Hong Kong’s IPO pipeline toward a potential record this
year, a factor boosting attendance; Hong Kong views securing global bank
executive participation is crucial.
