CSRC chair Wu Qing will attend the opening and deliver the keynote at the 2026 Financial Street Forum annual meeting on Oct. 19, the regulator said. The CSRC will host a main forum on Oct. 21 focused on building first‑class investment institutions to support high‑quality development of China’s capital markets and to share investment opportunities. The agenda includes speeches and two roundtables on cultivating patient capital and long‑term investment opportunities in the Chinese capital market under two‑way opening; domestic and international industry experts and multiple CSRC leaders and department heads will participate.
