Oct. 13 — Market sources said several leading polysilicon producers met privately in Hangzhou and agreed a tax-inclusive average-cost floor and corresponding sales price for polysilicon at no less than 43,000 yuan/ton. The floor was reported to cover polysilicon including Siemens-process and granular material. The meeting also set minimum solar-cell quote floors: BC cells at ≥0.86 yuan/W and TOPCon cells at ≥0.79 yuan/W. Participants reportedly discussed capacity coordination and established an industry supervision/whistleblower mechanism. Sources said the price floors must be observed for export orders, spot purchases and tender/bid pricing.
