The firm, founded months ago by Hollywood producer Jeffrey Katzenberg, former Sora research head Bill Peebles and a former Dropbox CFO, has not disclosed its name. It is unclear whether the startup will obtain Sora's model weights; insiders say a deal would likely include deep access sufficient for substantial customization.
