The 2026 Special Treasury Bond for Central Financial Institution Capital Injection (Phase I) has been issued via tender. Under China Financial Futures Exchange delivery rules the bond qualifies as deliverable for TF2612, TF2703 and TF2706, with conversion factors of 0.9276, 0.9311 and 0.9346 respectively; it will be included in the deliverable set and available for delivery-intent filings from the trading day after its listing.

China’s National Energy Administration said at an Oct. 12 Beijing meeting it will begin early planning for winter peak power‑supply regulation, strengthen supply‑demand monitoring and early warning, and improve market mechanisms to boost renewable energy offtake. The NEA urged faster completion of a unified national electricity market system and stronger electricity market supervision and enforcement to preserve fair competition. It called for accelerated implementation of a new round of measures to facilitate access to power, a stepped‑up campaign to improve power supply quality, faster remediation of non‑grid direct‑supply residential complexes, and prompt execution and application of key annual regulatory tasks in the electricity sector.
