The Russian Defense Ministry said on social media on the 13th that overnight
from the 12th to the early hours of the 13th Russian forces used land-based
high-precision weapons and drones to strike Ukrainian military-industrial sites,
logistics centres, railway and port infrastructure, and vessels transporting
military and dual-use supplies to Ukrainian forces. The ministry said strikes
hit a missile and long-range drone manufacturing workshop in Kyiv and a
locomotive depot that services trains carrying military and dual-use cargo; in
Mykolaiv region it said a logistics centre, a drone storage facility and a cargo
ship bound for Mykolaiv port carrying military and dual-use goods were also
