Customs data show that in the first three quarters China's
equipment-manufacturing sector accounted for nearly 90% of export growth, with
intermediate goods making up over half of export value. Exports are shifting
toward higher-tech and green products: integrated circuit exports rose 99.1%
YoY, electric vehicles +72.3%, lithium batteries +36.4%, and wind turbines and
parts +22.4%.
