(SECO), said at the Bloomberg New Economy Forum in New Delhi that a Swiss
business delegation seeking tariff relief delivered a Rolex desk clock and an
inscribed gold bar to the Oval Office last November. She said the items are
registered with the White House, are intended for the American people, and could
be transferred to the presidential library if protocol permits.
