Zelenskiy said at Downing Street Ukraine experienced disruptions to Starlink
satellite service and intelligence support over the past 24 hours and will raise
the issue with the UK. He said Ukraine remains relevant on its U.S. partnership.
The UK said Zelenskiy had been prepared to accept an energy ceasefire after U.S.
President Trump called for one, but Russia subsequently continued strikes on
Ukraine’s critical infrastructure; London reiterated it will continue to support
Ukraine.
