Memory and storage names led losses: SanDisk (SNDK.O) down about 3%, SK Hynix (SKHY.O) down 3.5%, Western Digital Corp (WDC.O) down 1.7% and Micron Technology (MU.O) down 1.9%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index was down 0.2%.
