With changes in water inflows in H2, thermal generation volumes are likely to improve, but profitability remains exposed to coal costs, electricity load and power-market prices, creating uncertainty. The company said it will tighten fuel-cost control, optimize power trading and pursue cost and efficiency measures to lift operating quality.
