RIA cited Deputy Prime Minister NOVAK at the Russia Energy Week forum saying
Russian oil companies are ready to begin diesel exports, but commercial
contracts, loading and vessel charters will likely take about two to three
weeks. He said negotiations are ongoing for supplies to the US and other global
markets and firms are prepared to load and ship as soon as agreements and
logistics are in place.
