Oct 15 — MOFCOM Deputy Minister and China’s deputy chief trade negotiator Ling Ji met with the CEO of Deutsche Post DHL Group to discuss DHL’s China development and China-Germany/China-EU economic cooperation. Ling said Beijing will press ahead with high-level opening, accelerate construction of a unified national market and build an efficient modern logistics network, measures she said will widen development space for domestic and foreign logistics firms including DHL. She also said the second China‑EU trade and investment consultation reached a series of consensus outcomes that improve stability and predictability for China‑EU corporate cooperation.
