Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission published its 2026 green power direct-connection development and construction plan, adding three projects. Two projects were placed in the implementation pool with combined generation capacity of 32.33 MW and storage of 2 MW/4 MWh; one project was placed in the reserve pool with 49.33 MW generation and 5 MW/10 MWh storage. Projects must target on-site self-consumption of at least 60% of available generation and at least 30% of total electricity consumption. For appraisal, the projects’ average load factor is provisionally set at 40%.
