[Total Trading Volume of Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges Reached 1,555.421 Billion Yuan Today, with Zhongji Xuchuang Leading in Trading Volume] On October 16th, the total trading volume of the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges reached 1,555.421 billion yuan, a decrease of 77.584 billion yuan compared to the previous day. Specifically, the Shanghai Stock Exchange's trading volume was 732.475 billion yuan (compared to 774.392 billion yuan in the previous trading day), with a trading volume of 473 million lots (compared to 510 million lots in the previous trading day); the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's trading volume was 822.946 billion yuan (compared to 858.613 billion yuan in the previous trading day), with a trading volume of 551 million lots (compared to 551 million lots in the previous trading day). Zhongji Xuchuang led in trading volume with 16.365 billion yuan. Following closely were Changxin Technology, WuXi AppTec, New Easun, and GigaDevice, with trading volumes of 13.661 billion yuan, 12.34 billion yuan, 10.461 billion yuan, and 9.807 billion yuan, respectively.
