Houthi health department said on Oct. 16 that since the Sept. 3 escalation Saudi Arabia
military operations have caused 419 casualties, including 114 dead and 305
wounded. The Houthi movement also accused Saudi airstrikes on Zamar province of
using cluster munitions, saying three children were killed and nine people,
including women, were wounded.
