According to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), as of the week ending October 13, speculators' net short positions in CBOT U.S. 2-year Treasury futures increased by 58,675 contracts to 911,579 contracts. CBOT U.S. 5-year Treasury futures speculators' net short positions decreased by 83,327 contracts to 1,080,204 contracts.
