Oct 16 — The CSRC issued administrative penalty decisions fining three individuals for market manipulation and insider trading. Zhou Jifeng and Zhou Jihui were fined about 328 mln yuan for manipulating the securities market. The regulator took a five-year securities market exclusion measure against Zhou Jifeng and a three-year securities trading prohibition against Zhou Jifeng. Chen Qiuhang was fined nearly 182 mln yuan for insider trading.
