The Norwegian government announced that Norway, along with other EFTA members Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland, has signed a free trade agreement with Vietnam. Once the Norway-Vietnam free trade agreement takes effect, approximately half of Norwegian exports to Vietnam will enjoy zero tariffs. The agreement will ultimately eliminate tariffs on almost all Norwegian exports to Vietnam.
