According to the National Bureau of Statistics, from January to September, funds available to real estate development enterprises totaled 5.6813 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 21.6%. Specifically, domestic loans amounted to 762.4 billion yuan, down 33.1%; self-raised funds totaled 2.0572 trillion yuan, down 21.4%; deposits and advance payments totaled 1.7982 trillion yuan, down 14.8%; and personal mortgage loans totaled 767.8 billion yuan, down 22.1%.
