On Oct. 19 in Dushanbe, China's Li met Tajikistan President Rahmon. Li said
China is willing to expand bilateral trade and strengthen cooperation on
infrastructure, connectivity and green minerals, and to broaden collaboration in
the digital economy and artificial intelligence. The sides agreed to deepen
law‑enforcement and security cooperation, including intelligence sharing and
joint action against terrorism, separatism and extremism; China requested
Tajikistan continue measures to protect Chinese personnel and firms. China said
it fully supports Tajikistan hosting the SCO prime ministers' meeting and will
strengthen coordination with Tajikistan in UN and China–Central Asia
multilateral mechanisms.
