On Oct. 18 U.S. Treasury Secretary Bessent said in an interview the U.S.
government has not ordered any limits on Ukrainian use of Starlink and urged
Zelenskiy to refrain from making false allegations. On Oct. 19 Secretary of
State Rubio said the U.S. has not interrupted intelligence sharing with Ukraine,
contradicting Zelenskiy’s earlier claim that Washington briefly cut off
intelligence support.
