Oct 19 — CSRC chairman Wu Qing said at the 2026 Financial Street Forum opening
that the commission will accelerate the rollout of regulations listed governing
companies, strengthen corporate governance, information disclosure and investors
protection, and cultivate a larger pool of high‑quality listed firms. He said
the CSRC will also step up measures to promote high‑quality development of
securities firms and support industry M&A and subsequent integration.
