Tencent Cloud said it will raise retail prices for .com domain registrations, renewals and transfers after registry Verisign notified a global increase in .com wholesale prices effective Nov. 1, 2026. Tencent Cloud said the change is due to upstream cost moves; transfers will be charged as a one‑year renewal. Redemption prices will remain unchanged and other TLDs are not affected.
