On the afternoon of the 19th Zelenskiy said, citing reports from the armed
forces commander, use of "Starlink" and "Starshield" by Ukrainian units in
multiple frontline areas remain restricted, hindering logistics command and
operations. He said limited reception speeds at many frontline terminals are
severely disrupting logistics control and constraining use of drones, loitering
munitions and drone interceptors. Kyiv will hold multi-level consultations with
partners on the restrictions; prior agreements with partners have "not yet been
implemented." He said the Pentagon has delayed delivery of certain key supplies
and ordered the defense ministry, foreign ministry and presidential office to
urgently press partners to provide air-defence support.
