Oct 20 — China Development Bank vice president Wang Kebing said at Beijing’s urban renewal platform launch that CDB will establish a dedicated urban-renewal loan in 2025 to step up financial support. During the 14th Five-Year Plan the bank has issued over 2 tln yuan in urban-renewal-related loans, prioritizing underground utility networks, aging residential communities, neighborhoods and factory-site upgrades and urban village redevelopment projects.
