At midday closing, domestic futures contracts showed mixed results. Container shipping to Europe fell nearly 8%, rapeseed meal and live hogs fell over 3%, eggs, industrial silicon, and coking coal fell over 2%, and glass and red dates fell nearly 2%. On the upside, fuel oil and benzene rose over 2%, while styrene (EB), SC crude oil, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), low-sulfur fuel oil (LU), and lithium carbonate rose over 1%.
