In response to Qatar's accusation that Iran selectively quoted its statement, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Baghae stated that Qatar had stated in an official document that Iran's defensive strikes were only aimed at military targets and US military bases. Qatar should be pleased with this: firstly, it was their own statement; secondly, we did not highlight certain unfounded accusations, but instead chose to forward and emphasize Qatar's genuine and candid position. I believe there is nothing to complain about in this matter.
