Elon Musk told SpaceX’s Q3 earnings call that ASML and other major semiconductor-equipment suppliers have accelerated delivery of manufacturing tools for Terafab, the large-scale Tesla/SpaceX chip project to produce AI processors and ease reliance on existing suppliers including TSMC. SpaceX targets ramp to mass production in Q3–Q4 2028.
