BlackRock CEO Fink warned that accelerating AI demand and a lag in data-center
construction would raise computing costs, exacerbate inf and could threaten
economic growth. He said faster buildout would increase available compute and
help lower costs, while delaying infrastructure risks broader economic damage.
Fink dismissed concerns of an "AI bubble", calling the core problem a supply
shortage as demand has outpaced expectations, and warned that infrastructure
delays could ultimately constrain adoption.
