Shaanxi Communications Holding Group and CATL signed a strategic cooperation agreement covering commercial-vehicle electrification, charging and battery-swap infrastructure deployment, new energy storage, low-altitude economic initiatives and new-energy vehicle after-sales services. The partnership targets construction of an efficient, intelligent green transport-energy network and deepens CATL’s cross-sector energy collaboration to support a green, low-carbon transport transition in Northwest China.
