Dongguan municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau issued a notice clarifying a new home-purchase subsidy: buyers who purchase new-build commercial housing in Dongguan, complete online contract signing and filing between 29 Sep 2026 and 31 Dec 2026, and pay full deed tax by 31 Mar 2027, are eligible for a subsidy equal to 2% of the contract price, capped at 30,000 yuan. Excludes three-restricted housing, allocation-type subsidized housing, talent housing, resettlement housing and other non-market commercial housing.
