According to Iran's Tasnim News Agency, Iran's Defense Minister stated that upon assuming office, his immediate task was to meet the needs of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' Aerospace Force and the military's air defense forces. He stated that in the face of recurring threats, Iran will not engage in verbal exchanges, but will instead transform those threats into greater combat readiness and stronger defense capabilities, focusing on established objectives using new technologies. He emphasized, "We would rather eat dirt than cede an inch of our territory."
