According to Iran's Tasnim News Agency, Iranian Parliament Speaker Mojtaba Ghalibaf met with Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei to discuss the current situation. The talks covered the latest developments in the military, economic, and cognitive warfare waged against Iran by the United States and Israel. Both sides emphasized the need to further strengthen national power, leverage the role of parliamentarians in maintaining social cohesion and national unity, preserve organized public assemblies and their deterrent effect, and promote cooperation between the government and parliament to address economic and livelihood issues, while also advancing cooperation with strategic partners. Ghalibaf also reported on the work carried out by parliamentarians since what Iran calls the "third imposed war," as well as parliament's current and future plans for resolving national issues.
