Yonhap reported on Thursday that the Korea International Cooperation Agency
(KOICA) has decided, after a security meeting, to recall one of its two
Kyiv-based staff on security grounds amid intensified Russian drone and missile
strikes in recent weeks. KOICA said the other staffer will remain in Kyiv; an
agency official declined to comment on a separate prisoners-of-war dispute
between Seoul and Kyiv, and South Korea is reported to be engaged in a
diplomatic dispute with Ukraine.
