It is the country’s first end-to-end AI solar-radiation model driven by fusion of geostationary satellite data and a ground, minute-level radiation observation network, enabling real-time monitoring and ultra-short-term forecasts for nationwide surface radiation stations and grid cells and providing technical support for PV ultra-short-term power forecasting.
