At the opening of the morning session, domestic futures contracts showed mixed performance. Low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) rose nearly 4%, fuel oil rose over 3%, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and propylene rose over 2%, polypropylene and soybean oil rose nearly 2%, and synthetic rubber and coking coal rose over 1%. On the downside, Shanghai silver fell over 4%, Shanghai gold fell nearly 2%, and platinum, lithium carbonate, caustic soda, Shanghai zinc, alumina, cast aluminum, offset paper, and Shanghai nickel all fell over 1%.
