Phase II of the optoelectronic communications semiconductor chip and device R&D/production base has total investment of about 1.251 billion yuan; civil works, some cleanrooms and supporting facilities are complete. First production equipment is expected to enter the plant soon, followed by commissioning, with capacity expected to come online in late‑2026 to early‑2027.
