Germany's composite PMI output index preliminary reading for October was 52.8, down from 53.8 in September, hitting a two-month low; the services PMI business activity index preliminary reading was 51.7, down from 52.9 in September, hitting a two-month low; the manufacturing output index preliminary reading was 55.1, down from 56.0 in September, hitting a three-month low; and the manufacturing PMI preliminary reading was 54.2, up from 53.9 in September, hitting a two-month high.
