By the 23:00 close, China’s most-active futures contracts were mostly higher:
fuel oil jumped over 6%, methanol and styrene (EB) hit the daily up limit,
propylene and benzene rose nearly 6%. Polypropylene and p-xylene posted
month-to-date average gains above 5%. On the downside, caustic soda fell about
1%.
