According to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), as of the week ending October 20, speculators' net short positions in CBOT U.S. long-term Treasury futures decreased by 58,019 contracts to 68,419 contracts. CBOT speculators' net short positions in CBOT U.S. ultra-long-term Treasury futures increased by 53,564 contracts to 375,161 contracts.
