Beijing Property Rights Exchange posted on Oct 24 that Zhou Hongyi plans to transfer a 12.89929% stake in Beijing Qifei Xiangyi Business Consulting Co., Ltd. The reserve price is about CNY 219 mln; the public disclosure period is Oct 26–Nov 20, 2026.

Beijing Property Rights Exchange posted on Oct 24 that Zhou Hongyi plans to transfer a 12.89929% stake in Beijing Qifei Xiangyi Business Consulting Co., Ltd. The reserve price is about CNY 219 mln; the public disclosure period is Oct 26–Nov 20, 2026. A shareholder resolution on Mar 13, 2026 approved profit distribution; the transferor received a dividend of about CNY 54.177032 mln. The reserve price has been reduced from the appraisal value by that dividend amount.
