Ukrainian President Zelenskiy said Starlink and Starshield service speeds have
been restored to pre-restriction levels. Restoration began last night and, as of
this morning, speeds fully meet operational demand. He said the recovery is
critical for frontline logistics and for defending against Shahed jet drones.
Zelenskiy thanked the US president, the State Department, members of Congress
and other partners for their assistance.
