Ukraine's presidential office said on the 24th President Volodymyr Zelenskiy signed a decree implementing a National Security and Defense Council decision to impose a new round of sanctions targeting Russia's missile production and defense supply chain. The first wave lists 95 targets — 51 individuals and 44 legal entities — focused on suppliers supporting the Russian defense industry across military aviation, armored vehicles, missiles and drones. The measures take effect immediately and include companies supplying raw materials and production equipment used to manufacture Iskander, Kalibr and Kinzhal missiles.
